Hi friend today i am here with new tips about bodybuilding,how to get  killer bicep in two months. In our whole body bicep is one of the most important part of whole body, generally gym man says that it is one of the hardest part of whole body to make. But don't worry i will give you the tips to get rapid growth of bicep, you will get complete bicep in two month just you follow my step. I will also give you that in which day you have to do bicep exercise.

Here are some tips to get killer bicep in two month on Tuesday,Thursday,Saturday you  have to do bicep exercise in aweek. First you have to take a Dumble and stand then push your hand up and down don;t disturb the other part of body.After that sit on a chair and do same thing, then take a curly rod and stand  then push your hand up and down same as you done with dumble. After that just follow the step given in pic that i deliver you.

Hope you get bigger bicep doing this exercise .If you can repeat it regular for two month you must get killer bicep in two month. Keep reading artical.
